"I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious." -- Albert Einstein
Why should I hire you as my Executive Coach?
After 12 years of sales experience I finally discovered what I liked most about sales? I wasn't directly motivated by money. I love meeting new people and learning about what makes them unique? I am motivated by a deep sense of curiosity about the issues my clients were facing. Then I would match my products to their needs in order to close business. I enjoy learning about new products so that I would be ready for the next new problem I would face.
Now I offer that same ability of curiosity to you. As your executive coach I no longer have to solve the problem. Its my role to ask you probing questions to focus on exactly what the issue is? Explore how you would like it to be in the future? Then we co-develop accountability and milestones to get you there using your current resources.
Once you have realized that you are moving forward, then we celebrate!

What's your biggest goal todate?
Back in 2006 I read quote from Zig Ziglar that said less that 1% of college graduates read 500 books in their lifetime. I set out a goal to read 50 books a year for 10 years. I had no idea how many books I could read in that time frame? A friend showed me how to research books on the library's website, place holds, and have the books shipped to my closest branch. Then I receive an email when they are available. I taught myself how to rip the books to Itunes and synchronize them with my Ipod. My sixty (60) minute daily commute became a time of education and wonder as I devoured fiction and non-fiction.
Everyone smiles when I explain book #380 was "10 Days to Faster Reading" by Abby Marks Beale.
Recently I've learned how to add books to my Blackberry so that I also have them to listen too whenever I'm doing manual labor. My wife is amazed and how much more I enjoy housework as long as I can listen to a book!
I'm currently pacing to finish 500 books in 2011 after about six and half years. Follow me on the social media website of you choice below to keep up with my reading adventures.
