It has been killed by Trello!

Instead of the classic To-do and done as pictured above, I can bring in Stephen Covey's quadrant system and sort my business tasks by the four quadrants:
Important & Urgent
Important & Not Urgent
Urgent & Not Important
Not Urgent & Not Important
Sales pipeline is a critical app for any business owner and often overlooked by the entrepreneur. I was paying $9 a month for Pipedrive which is a great app, but overkill for my business.
I have about 10 to 20 open sales opportunities at any time ranging from $10,000 corporate trainings, $5000 Executive coaching prospects and various life coaching clients. Just enough to let one slip thru the cracks, but not enough to warrant a dedicated app.

3. Marketing Project Launches
Every few months I have a marketing launch for a new product, service or webinar. I created boards to track my Effortless Success System and that makes it easy for me to look at all the tasks in a calendar view and work backwards for individual due dates for each step.
The calendar view also is great for menu planning. I want to eat healthier, but that takes conscious planning. So now I enter recipe and make a checklist for ingredients.
I move them around for the week, check the fridge and pantry for what I have and clearly can see what I need to buy on the next trip to the store.
All that info is with me on my phone so when I go shop, I'm ready. Notes and lists never get left at home by mistake.
Its really easy to enter one or two new recipes a week and build a large database of cards.
I use this in addition to "Out of Milk" for grocery shopping because this app syncs between my wife and I and we make individual list for the grocery store, Costco, Home and Office Depot.
